These customized mugs are customized to your personal liking. These mugs are PERFECT for gifts.

We make Resin Mugs, Sublimation Mugs and Vinyl Mugs

I would be glad to create a custom order for you. Please add all the details you would like in the text box. Such as: The color(s) and Design (image) and Name, if it will be personalized. Also include any words that you would like to go on your mug. Please send any images to our email address info@injcrafts.com. Currently we customize 8oz.

Please allow 2 weeks in addition to shipping time when ordering. If you need an order by a certain date, please let me know ahead of time. There may be an additional charge for rushed orders.

Sublimation and Vinyl Mugs:

Each mug is COMPLETLY CUSTOMIZABLE*******. Depending on the design. The design and/or lettering is permanent and is also sealed, with a heat press machine. It will not come off with normal use. Mug Instructions Hand Wash Only (Do Not soak in water, when washing dishes). Do not machine wash. Good for hot or cold beverages. Do not leave in a hot car. Do not put in freezer.

Resin Mugs:

Each mug is COMPLETLY CUSTOMIZABLE*******If you want a glitter look. Glitter color can vary depending on what you would like. *These mugs are sealed with an FDA compliant clear and permanent coating which has a glossy finish. It scratches easily if not taken care of properly. Depending on the design. The design and/or lettering is permanent and is also sealed. It will not come off with normal use. Mug Instructions Hand Wash Only (Do Not soak in water, when washing dishes). Do not machine wash. Do not microwave. Good for hot or cold beverages (keeps drinks hot or cold for hours). Do not leave in a hot car. Do not put in freezer. Do not leave in the refrigerator empty. Fragile do not drop to prevent cracking.** Again, These mugs are sealed using FDA compliant resin.

Return and Cancellation Process

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

**If the item is customized there are no returns.**

**Non-Customized Items: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

**No refunds for customized items.**

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation:

**Non-Customized items: In order to receive a full refund cancellation must be made 24 hours after your order has been placed. Cancellation made after 24 hours will result in a 40% restocking fee.

**Customized items: In order to receive a full refund cancellation must be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed. If the materials have been ordered within that 24 hour period a partial refund will be given.

**If a customized bulk order is placed for an event and a pandemic breaks out, your order will be placed on hold for an extended period of time. If materials were not purchased for that bulk order a refund will be given.
